Construction Crew
Begin your new career in an entry-level construction crew role. Earn $18-19/hour with an annual expected income of $28-30k.
Junior Construction Tech
Punctual and reliable construction crew members can advance to the role of Junior Construction Tech with one year of formal training, earning $20-21/hour for an expected annual income of $32-34k.
Senior Construction Tech
Advance your career to a senior position with two years of formal training. Senior Construction Techs are expected to read plans and handle materials, have experience installing hardscapes, and maintain a winning, solution-oriented mindset. This role pays $35-37k per year.
Junior Foreman
Junior Foremen have three to four years of experience and can earn $38-42k per year. Characteristics of Junior Foremen include:
- A winning, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in operating equipment and managing technology
- An insurable driving record
Senior Foreman
Advance to the Senior Foreman role with five years of experience, and earn $42-44k per year. Our Senior Foremen have excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a project. Senior Foremen are also expected to successfully manage multiple designers, contractors, and vendors while maintaining a positive mindset.
Project Supervisor
With five years of experience, take on a supervisory role and earn $60-70k per year. Our Project Supervisors are expected to lead by example, consistently demonstrate a winning mindset, and have a clean driving record and a license for driving commercial vehicles.
Project Manager
Self-starters and leaders with over seven years of experience creating outdoor living spaces can earn $75-85k per year at Peakview Outdoor Living. Project managers must be detail-oriented, efficient, and organized. Strong communication skills are also a must.
All of our employees, after their introductory period, receive five paid holidays per year:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (Fourth of July)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Employees are also eligible for paid time off, which is paid out for unused hours at the end of each calendar year. Each team member can accrue up to 80 hours during each of their first three years (with pro-rated eligibility for first-year hires based on their hire date) and up to 80 hours for their fourth year and each subsequent year. Employees in a foreman position can accrue up to 120 paid hours after their sixth year with Peakview at a rate of two hours per 40 hours worked (not including overtime). Also, each employee is eligible for four days of paid sick leave.
Paid time off is subject to a 30-day qualifying waiting period and a 90-day waiting period before use. Terminated employees are not eligible for paid time off payout.
