If we are an ideal fit for your project, we will move on to an on-site consultation after collecting your $150 Consultation Fee.

We'll meet you at your property to discuss the theme and atmosphere of your outdoor space, as well as what you'd like to use your outdoor retreat for. During the consultation, we'll also discuss specific features, your budget, and project deadlines.

We believe the design phase is one of the most important aspects of creating a beautiful outdoor oasis you'll love. We use details from the on-site consultation to create an in-depth layout and design plan that combines landscaping and outdoor living construction practices. Investing in an in-depth design plan minimizes surprises, helps refine your expectations for the outdoor living space, and sets the whole project up for success. Our unique Peakview design process includes:

• Custom 3D design services, with a comprehensive design for between $1,500 and $4,000
• Construction documentation, including CAD drawings with details for every patio feature, outdoor kitchen, planting, and hardscaping installation
• Design presentation, proposal, and contract

Once the pricing and design plans are finalized, you can sign the contract, and we'll lay out the schedule for beginning work! 10% of the project costs are due at this stage.

Before construction begins, your project manager will introduce you to the foreman and ensure everyone is on the same page for the details of your outdoor living space project, the schedule, and the total timeline. 40% of the project costs will be due at this stage.

Now you can sit back and watch your outdoor living space come to life. Our team will break ground on construction and start installing every element of your outdoor oasis. We work on a schedule and provide detailed weekly updates so you always know the status of your project. Once construction is halfway done, 40% of the project costs will be due.

Throughout construction, you'll have a direct line of communication to your project manager and foreman so you can ask questions, receive updates, and have the peace of mind of knowing your project is going smoothly.

Once your outdoor living space is complete, we'll schedule a final walkthrough of the space so you can be sure every detail is just right. During the walk-through, we'll also show you how to maintain and operate all of your features. We'll also explain our available warranty programs and craftsmanship guarantees.

Through our Peakview Family Promise, you'll have long-term support for your new outdoor living space. We'll check in with a 6-month, and 12-month follow-up to ensure you love the space, and we send each of our clients annual gifts that complement their outdoor living space.
