Our hardscaping warranties cover settling, loosening, or drainage issues for your patio, pavers, and other hardscape installations. The repairs for these problems will be covered for free if they occur within three years of installation:

• If pavers settle more than 3/8" relative to adjacent stones, stair treads, and walls
• If any hardscape caps loosen from concrete blocks
• Loosened stone veneers
• Wall blocks that are loose or starting to settle
• Water pooling on your hardscape features, which may indicate settling or misalignment

This warranty excludes scratches, chips, stains from mold and algae, and shifting or damage from tree roots.

We will repair covered damage to wood and carpentry services within one year of installation. Covered repairs include correctly any loosened deck boards, fascia or ceiling boards, trim, and fence posts. This warranty does not cover termite damage, damage from the elements like discoloration or warping, or mold.

Our lighting warranty states:

All lighting installation is warrantied for three (3) years from the date of installation.  By way of example only, but not limited to the following, the installation warranty may cover a lighting fixture that was installed in a manner that resulted in it falling over.  

All lighting claims related to the quality of the goods installed shall be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the Owner shall direct its claims accordingly.  By way of example only, but not limited to the following, such a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty could be claimed for burned-out bulbs, corrosion, degradation in the components, malfunction of the timer and other failures as they arise.  Under no circumstances is the Contractor responsible for damage from lightning strikes, hail, or other weather-related events, damage caused by electrical surges or power supply, or damage caused by the acts of the Owner or Owner Parties (hereinafter defined).

Material manufacturers may provide warranties for registered materials. Contact our office for more details regarding these and other materials.

• Sand and Sealer: These compounds are not covered by a warranty, but clients may contact our office to address gaps or incomplete work.
• Plant, Mulch, and Rock: Plants, mulch, and rocks are not covered by a warranty, and weeds will not be covered by a warranty.
• Irrigation Systems (only covering irrigation installed or relocated by the Peakview Outdoor team): Our team will adjust, lower, or raise installed irrigation heads as required. We will also assess zones with low-pressure, leaking, or no-flow components for free. This warranty applies until winterization and winter maintenance, which voids the warranty.

Our artificial turf warranties work in tandem with manufacturing warranties to protect your new artificial grass. Our service warranty lasts for one year, and we will make free repairs for the following covered damage:

• If the seams connecting sections of artificial turf loosen or come apart
• Nails and stakes loosen and fail to secure the turf to the underlayment or ground surface
• Turf that appears loose due to an unsecured undersurface
• The turf feels loose and you experience a sense of sinking or lack of support while walking on it.

This warranty does not cover infill replacement, damage from wear and tear during normal use, damage from site conditions, and damage from the elements.

Contact our office in the event of problems with electrical, plumbing, or sub-contracted work in your landscape. Any work performed by Peakview Outdoor Living professionals will be assessed and repaired for free. We will also provide next steps for any work done by sub-contractors or outside certified contractors.
